Gmail is an easy-to-use email application that's built-in in Android phones. If you are using an iPad or iPhone, you can download the Gmail app via App Store. You can also set-up push email to sync your Gmail to your Apple or Android device. Additionally, if you have multiple emails, you can consolidate all of these by setting up your third party email accounts in Gmail. With this, you can now view your emails from other accounts and reply to them using just one email service, your Gmail.

Google Translate is a language translator app that is downloadable in Google Play and App Store. It has more than 60 languages to choose from. Also available, but in limited languages only, is a feature which allows you to speak what words you want to be translated and then hear how the translation should be pronounced. Though not always accurate and gramatically correct, Google Translate is the best app out there that offers this kind of service. Google Docs is a web-based office suite that lets you create, preview and edit documents straight from your gadget. If accessed through your mobile browser, you can make and edit word files and spreadsheets. Aside from that, you can make simple online forms with Google Docs, and then the data you gather are automatically collated in an online spreadsheet. You can also collaborate with your co-workers by sharing specific documents in Google Docs. Recently, Google launched Google Drive, a cloud storage app available in the App Store and Google Play that allows you to preview all your documents in Google Docs. Google Drive lets you store up to 5GB of files in the cloud.
